MiniMax H3 Prompt Writer adds Windows standalone build and Qwen GGUF support

H3 Prompt Writer, an open-source tool that turns descriptions plus image/video/audio references into MiniMax H3 prompts, shipped v0.4.3:

Windows Standalone (v0.1.2): runs without ComfyUI — extract the ZIP and run start.bat (Python 3.10+ or uv). For local GGUF it calls your own llama-server.exe instead of bundling llama.cpp/CUDA, and can be more reliable than in-ComfyUI Direct GGUF;
Qwen 3.8 and Qwen3-VL in Direct GGUF: no longer Gemma-only, supporting compatible custom/fine-tuned GGUFs identified via metadata; adds custom context, KV cache, generation budget, and reasoning-effort controls. Low reasoning effort is recommended for prompt writing — higher levels slow generation considerably;
MiniMax Music 3 workspace (optional): generates structured music captions from a Music Brief with lyrics and a lyrics-refine flow;
Misc: better GGUF/vision-projector detection, fullscreen Writer mode, local model lifecycle fixes.
