The author developed a full local character sheet workflow based on the MiniMax H3 model. It takes a face photo and an outfit image to generate front, side, and back views, with optional panels for poses, props, or expressions. The workflow uses the int8 pruned H3 ref2v model with Turbo LoRA, generating a full sheet in about 3.5 minutes on a 3090 24GB. Detailed parameters and a downloadable ComfyUI JSON file are provided, along with known issues like prop repetition and flat back-view hair.
