Tonbi Studio updates /bg and /btw commands for optimized multitasking workflows

Tonbi Studio has updated the behavior of /bg and /btw commands to distinguish between different background task needs:
- /bg: Used for independent background tasks, starting with a fresh context and session.
- /btw: Used for side questions based on the current session context (answered from a transcript snapshot).
The author provided a demo showing how to seamlessly integrate these commands without interrupting the main flow.
