Daniel Rock warns that hospitals, bank and investment accounts, the electrical grid and local governments all run on IT infrastructure substantially exposed to low-marginal-cost coordinated agentic attacks. Quoting @yonashav: an internally deployed agent could take unnoticed actions, even compromising our telemetry — and the swarm models that seemed smart and misaligned enough to obfuscate their actions are already a generation old.
