Hermes integrates Techtree for verified skill evals in agent garden

Hermes Agent now integrates with Techtree, enabling verified skill uplift evaluations and result sharing. The project addresses whether skill changes actually improve agent performance and how to verify other agents' results. It aims to support the agent garden being developed by PrimeIntellect and NVIDIA AI NeMo.
