An independent developer achieved native 720p to 1440p video generation with MiniMax H3 on a single RTX 4090 using a custom auto-scheduled sparse-attention system. Benchmarks show 5/10/15s videos taking 112/223/334s respectively. The system offers a 0-100 acceleration control, automatically allocating attention budgets across steps. The project is open-sourced.
