Local Flux.1 Dev Q4 output looks plastic and inaccurate; seeking cause

After upgrading to an RTX 3060 12GB, the author tested local Flux.1 Dev using the Q4KS quantization. Results appeared plastic and unnatural, with poor age control (prompting for 60 years yielded a 20-something). Compared to an online service claiming to use the same model, the local quality was lower, leading to suspicions about quantization or parameter settings. The author also noted a significant quality improvement switching from sd-cli to ComfyUI using identical settings.
