Forcing bot names isn't dumb — delegate them: a Grok Bot orchestration workflow

Pushing back on the complaint that Grok Bot's mandatory bot naming is dumb, Elvis argues naming is exactly the kind of low-level task bots should handle themselves.
His approach: treat Grok Bot as a team with persistent higher-level agents (CTO, CMO, CRO, etc.) that manage all subagent/task sessions — naming, branching, organization — on his behalf. He now mostly interacts with this persistent agent team rather than micromanaging sessions, which has significantly reduced his overhead.
The takeaway: the friction comes from not being used to delegating; stop micromanaging session details and let the bots figure them out.
