Major Labels Sue Anthropic for 'Massive' Copyright Infringement

Sony Music, Warner Music, and other leading music publishers have sued Anthropic and its founders, Dario Amodei and Benjamin Mann, for "one of the largest and most blatant ongoing thefts of intellectual property in history."

The filing alleges the defendants illegally torrented and scraped lyrics to train their models.
