Claude CLI speeds up startup, shrinks Linux binary by 4.5x

The Claude CLI has been updated to start faster, no longer waiting for sandbox and MCP servers before allowing input. The Linux x64 download is now 4.5x smaller (75 MB), and native builds use 40–70 MB less memory per session.
