Zai has released GLM-5.3, its most capable model for agentic coding and cyber defense, available for download, local deployment, and commercial use. Given its advanced cybersecurity capabilities, the team conducted two additional weeks of safety evaluations. Under the GLM-5.3 License, a security review is only required when an organization with over $10 billion in annual revenue offers it as an external model service.
