FastH3 achieves 12.88s generation time on 8xB200 hardware, beating the real-time threshold of 15s. The project utilized over 1,000 B200 training hours and incorporated real-world multi-shot, visually-audio synced input distributions to preserve quality. The model natively supports variable resolution, aspect ratio, and duration within a single checkpoint.
