Qencode updated its hosted video-processing MCP server with a new 'Smart Thumbnails' feature. Agents can now handle requests like 'Convert this video to 1080p MP4 and let the AI pick the best-looking thumbnail.' The workflow composes jobs via the transcodevideo tool and returns the selected thumbnail URLs. This is particularly useful for batch processing thousands of videos where manual scrubbing is impractical.
