Qencode adds Smart Thumbnails to let agents handle video publishing

Qencode added "Smart Thumbnails" to its MCP, solving the thumbnail selection bottleneck in agent workflows. Agents can now automatically transcode, analyze frames, select the best thumbnail, and return URLs. This allows agents to complete the upload-to-publish pipeline without human intervention when paired with a CMS.
