GaussianGPT: Autoregressive Transformer for 3D Gaussian Scene Generation

GaussianGPT introduces a transformer-based model that generates 3D Gaussian scenes fully autoregressively via next-token prediction. Unlike diffusion-based methods, this approach facilitates flexible 3D generation, completion, and outpainting. Accepted as an Oral at ECCV 2026, the project includes an open-source implementation.
