New Genome-scale Dataset for CD4+ T Cells Targets AI Virtual Cells

A new publication in Cell releases a genome-scale perturb-seq dataset from primary human CD4+ T cells. The author calls on VCs and perturbation prediction researchers to benchmark models on this data to measure progress toward AI Virtual Cells (AIVC).
