Anthropic is reportedly planning to file its prospectus as early as 10 days from now, aiming to raise at least $130 billion to expand computing power. Simultaneously, SoftBank is seeking a $10 billion two-year loan to refinance debt related to its OpenAI investment, with plans to invest nearly $65 billion by October.
