Proto has integrated its suite into ChatGPT, allowing users to access over 100 Bio AI, database search, and bioinformatics tools directly within the interface. This integration, named Rosalind Workbench (Research Preview), connects scientific questions to specialized models, tools, and reviewable outputs in a single workflow, covering tasks from protein structure and sequence analysis to sequencing pipelines.
