Lightning AI adds H200s and launches VMs in early access

Lightning AI announced major infrastructure upgrades and new services:
- H200 Deployment: Upgrading thousands of H100 racks to H200s in partnership with NVIDIA and Dell.
- Lightning VMs Early Access:
- Studios: Fully managed experience with IDE, file system, and tuned images for experimentation.
- VMs: Stripped-down managed experience offering raw, fast, and reliable compute.
- Capacity Expansion: Added L4s, T4s, and RTX Pro 6000s to the existing fleet of CPUs and H100s.
