LangChain founder: only lab-independent harnesses can survive across models

Reacting to a post claiming OpenAI will end its partnership with Cursor (unverified), LangChain founder Harrison Chase argues that model labs will build great harnesses and ecosystems for their own models but block model access to harnesses of other labs.
His conclusion: the only harness that works across models is one not associated with any lab — long live LangChain.
