GLM-5.3 Launches on Together AI, Matching Fable 5 at Lower Costs
togethercompute · x · 2026-08-29
Z.ai has released GLM-5.3, a frontier coding model now available on Together AI. Built on the GLM-5.2 base, it utilizes scaled post-training to enhance coding and long-horizon agent performance.
Key Capabilities:
- Long-Horizon Reliability: Maintains ownership of multi-day engineering tasks end-to-end within a 1M token context window.
- Adjustable Reasoning: Offers low, high, and max effort levels, achieving higher accuracy at lower output-token budgets than its predecessor.
- Security Research: Identified and validated 2,436 real vulnerabilities across 269 open-source projects via a coordinated disclosure program.
Benchmark results indicate GLM-5.3 nearly matches the performance of Fable 5 while costing a fraction per task. Weights will be released following post-launch safety evaluations.
