Google Drops 'Show More' on AI Overviews, Defaulting to Full AI Mode

Google confirmed it is rolling out AI Overviews that expand automatically for some queries, removing the "Show more" button. The update loads the full AI answer and the "Ask anything" follow-up box by default, pushing traditional organic results further down the page. This change signals a shift towards AI Mode as the default search experience.
