Production-grade agent architecture with Hermes and critical telemetry

A practical architecture for building production agents:
- Hermes: Owns judgment, objectives, and timing.
- Skills: Procedural knowledge (not code), kept slim.
- CLIs: Deterministic tools for agents.
The critical component is telemetry. For mission-critical operations, you need visibility into:
- Is something breaking?
- What is the token spend?
- Which agent made that change and when?
Ideally, feed this data back to the agents so they can self-fix when issues arise.
