The author left Claude Code running unattended for 40 minutes; the refactor worked and tests passed — but they then realized they had no idea what it actually touched: which files it read, whether it opened .env, or whether it called anything outside the repo.
There was no timeline, no diff summary, no "here's what changed and why" — just a wall of transcript to scroll through line by line.
