Robotics RL efficiency gains harder than rebuilding GCC

Kuza55 elaborates that SWE involvement would only make sense if an "infinitely capable ML researcher" could make robotics RL 100x more sample efficient. However, he believes that achieving this is much harder than rebuilding GCC (the compiler) but better.
