LangChain adds support for new MCP spec via FastMCP

LangChain announced upcoming support for the new MCP (Model Context Protocol) spec in its open-source library. Built on FastMCP, the new API leverages improved devex for building MCP servers and clients. An early version is available in langchain==1.4.0a2.
