SP1 Prover on Metal GPU: 6x faster BTC header proofs, memory halved on M5 Max

The author benchmarked SP1's zero-knowledge prover with Metal GPU vs CPU on a MacBook Pro M5 Max:
- eth-ecrecover (16 pairs): 3.2x speedup, 36s → 11s
- btc-headers (3000 headers): 6x speedup, 95s → 16s
He notes everyone knows the ETH precompile, but BTC headers is the workload that actually scales; memory usage also dropped 2x (btc-headers from 95 GB to 43 GB).
