Prime Agent: An open-source coding and research agent for long-running tasks
dl_weekly · x · 2026-08-28
Prime Intellect released Prime Agent, an open-source coding and research agent designed for general and long-running work. It is built around two core abstractions: the Recursive Language Model (RLM), which treats context as variables and tools as recursive sub-agent calls; and the Continual Harness for storing prompts and memories. It supports self-improvement and long-horizon autonomous tasks.
