Tencent Hunyuan Hy4 tested: fixes 17/105 bugs for just $3.13

Developer Pawel Huryn tested the Tencent Hunyuan Hy4 preview on two real-world repositories with 105 planted hard bugs. The results show Hy4 offers high value for money, fixing 17 out of 105 bugs for only $3.13. Compared to Claude 3.5 Sonnet (Opus) which fixed 27 for $51.33 and GPT-4.1 (Fable) which fixed 29 for $104.49, Hy4 is rated as a "cheap, solid model" sitting at the Pareto frontier, suitable as a partner for everyday coding.
