CXMT Revenue Surges 870% as AI Demand Drives Memory Boom
pstAsiatech · x · 2026-08-28
China's leading DRAM maker ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) reported H1 revenue of 150.31 billion yuan ($22.4B), up 873.64% year-on-year, with a net profit of 77.61 billion yuan, reversing last year's loss. The boom is fueled by skyrocketing AI industry demand and an improved product mix with DDR5. CXMT expects the global DRAM supply shortage to persist.
