In the Age of AGI, humans must become pioneers or become obsolete

Most employees generate negative value, with a few creating massive positive value. Traditionally, productivity comes from either strict organizational planning or hiring pioneers who understand value chains. As we enter the Age of AGI, the latter becomes the only viable path for hiring humans. Everyone must become a pioneer or risk becoming useless.
