ConforNets Enables State Transfer in AlphaFold3, SOTA on Conformations

Researchers introduced ConforNets, a mechanism for conformational control in AlphaFold3 models. It achieves State-of-the-Art performance on every multistate benchmark (N=104) for producing diverse conformations. It also demonstrates a novel capability to transfer states from one protein to another, outperforming BioEmu, ConforMix, and AFsample3.
