Open Source PRAXIST: Autonomous Research Team Achieves 100% Safe Landing in Rocket Sim
iamfakhrealam · x · 2026-08-28
PRAXIST is an open-source autonomous research team framework. Users define objectives, constraints, and success criteria, and PRAXIST manages the experimental research loop. Multiple "Research Peers" explore competing approaches in parallel, share findings, and build on accumulated evidence across experiments.
In partner-provided environments, PRAXIST achieved a 100% safe-landing rate in a rocket simulation and reduced accumulated error in an industrial SLAM system from 9.37 cm to 5.01 cm. It has demonstrated measurable advances in fields ranging from robotics control to quantitative finance.
