Judge Rules in Anthropic's Favor Over Pentagon Supply Chain Risk Label

A judge has ruled in favor of Anthropic in the lawsuit regarding its designation as a Pentagon supply chain risk. The judge stated that the "empty invocation of national security is not a blank check to punish and retaliate against government critics."
