Dyna founder: customers asking for the next batch of robots marked our PMF moment

Dyna Robotics founder Lindon Gao recounts the moment the company found product-market fit: a customer texted asking when they could get their next batch of robots — the question had changed from "does this work?" to "when can we get more?"
He admits that for a long time even he wasn't sure whether Dyna was a model company or a deployment company, and the path there wasn't obvious. Investor richzou praised Lindon and the team's deep excitement for the space and their ever-rising bar.
