NAC v0.1.4: Adds conversation forking and improved stop handling

NAC v0.1.4 is out with the following updates:

Conversation Forks: You can now fork a finished conversation into a new independent session. The clone preserves the workspace, model, project, threads, events, and context, enabling parallel workflows.
Stop Optimization: The Stop action now waits for model, tool, worker, remote MCP, and command work to confirm termination before publishing runcancelled, preventing zombie processes and busy sessions.
Session Persistence: Deleting a project session keeps you within the project context.

Upgrade via nac-web upgrade.
