Town, a buzzy enterprise personal agent startup, is in talks to raise at a $1 billion valuation in a round led by Index Ventures. Founded by former Plaid CTO Jean-Denis Greze and ex-Google AI product director Tony Vincent, Town previously raised from Andreessen Horowitz and Forerunner. The news comes amid a frenzy for personal agent startups, with Instinct recently reaching a $2.5 billion valuation.
