From cold emailing for GPT-3 access to prototyping at OpenAI

Developer @cgmelamed shared his journey: he cold emailed @gdb (Greg Brockman) for GPT-3 access in 2021 and got approved within two hours. Five years later to the day, he is grateful to be prototyping a new feature for DevDay inside the OpenAI office.
