Cursor Introduces "Start from Scratch": Build Apps with Agents Without Pre-existing Repos

Cursor has streamlined Cloud Agents by removing the requirement for a GitHub repo or third-party source control before starting.
The new workflow allows users to:
- Hit "Start from scratch" and prompt the agent directly.
- Cursor creates an Origin repo in the background and provides a live browser preview.
- Save the full project as a repo (private or internal) and connect Vercel to deploy directly to a live URL.
This enables a rapid cycle from idea to deployed website.
