Multi-tasking Agent workflow using Notion memory and Cursor coding
jeff_weinstein · x · 2026-08-28
Brian Lovin shares a workflow for multi-tasking with @bot:
- Notion as Memory: The agent organizes work in a Notion database, logging progress and blockers for each task to maintain visibility.
- Task Ingestion: Tasks are thrown into the chat manually or automatically pulled via Routines from sources like Email, Sentry, or GitHub.
- Auto-Implementation: These tasks typically initiate a Cursor cloud session to automatically start building or fixing.
This approach allows parallel processing while maintaining context. It also makes it easy to resume old tasks by asking the bot to find the relevant Notion page. The setup can be automated using the Notion MCP.
