Harness launches agent-ready code repository with built-in AI code review

Harness has launched an agent-ready Code Repository with built-in AI Code Review. The core thesis: writing code with AI is now the easy part — reviewing, governing, and shipping it safely is the new bottleneck. Traditional source control (GitHub included) was built around human pacing, but agents generate PRs faster than humans can review, and human-centric permission models can't handle agents that merge or deploy code autonomously. The new repo is designed for that world, handling thousands of PRs and commits at once.
