Harness launched its Agent-Ready Code Repository and AI Code Review on Aug 27, aimed at teams producing lots of code with AI agents. Agents get scoped permissions for repositories, branches, and environments; diffs are grouped by risk, and required AI checks can block a merge.
Available via Harness MCP and CLI, the repository is free to start with 50 GB of storage. The pitch is not another code generator but a control layer around agent-generated code — permissions and review policy become part of the agent workflow rather than post-merge cleanup.
