Unreal City Sample update: procedural city built with PCG and an LLM via MCP
petewoodbridge · x · 2026-08-28
Epic announced a major City Sample update: the new level was built entirely in Unreal Engine using PCG for procedural world-building, with assistance from an LLM through the new Unreal MCP server.
The result is fully editable with no black boxes — everything lands as editable assets rather than a one-off bake. A landmark case of LLM+MCP workflows entering a mainstream game-engine pipeline.
