LLMRouter: Unified Infrastructure for Developing and Deploying LLM Routers

Researchers from UIUC and others released LLMRouter, an open-source infrastructure for developing, evaluating, and deploying LLM routers. It unifies different routing strategies under a shared quality-cost objective, enabling fair comparison. The framework integrates data construction, router training, inference, and evaluation into a reusable workflow and introduces xRouteBench for standardized router assessment.
