llama.cpp merges DFlash2 support: local convolution + candidate selector

PR #27342 by SubSir adds DFlash2 support to llama.cpp, bringing a local convolution and a candidate selector into the local inference stack; it has been merged. The poster notes there were lots of other interesting merges in llama.cpp this week as well.
