Gemini Flash video update: Longer previews & low-cost drafts

Google's Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash video model receives an update, improving flexibility and cost-effectiveness. New features include:
- Longer context analysis: Can now analyze up to 10 seconds of existing footage instead of just 1 second for more consistent scene extensions.
- Extended duration: Scenes can be extended in 10-second increments up to 40 seconds.
- New 360p draft mode: Runs 60% faster at a third of the cost.
