vgpu open-sourced: a WebGPU library designed for agents

vgpu, a WebGPU library designed for agents, is now open source. It allows rendering the same shader in browser and headless Node.js, with interactive, video, and CI test capabilities. It supports WGSL module imports, dead code elimination, and provides CLI and MCP integration.
