Nvidia reportedly to buy Hugging Face for $12.9B

According to The Information, Nvidia has agreed to acquire Hugging Face for $12.9 billion. Less than a year ago, Hugging Face turned down a $5 billion offer from Nvidia to maintain platform neutrality. If true, this deal values the company at about 1.8 times the previously rejected offer.
