Hyundai May Sell Boston Dynamics' Atlas Humanoid Through Its Car Dealer Network

At Hyundai Motor's 2026 CEO Investor Day, the company said it plans to deploy Boston Dynamics' Atlas humanoid at its own auto factories and is discussing bringing robots into its existing dealer and financial networks. CEO José Muñoz noted the group already has potential distribution channels—one quip: someday buying a humanoid might come with a free car.
