At its 2026 CEO Investor Day, Hyundai said it plans to scale robotics commercialization with Boston Dynamics: besides deploying Atlas at its own factories, CEO José Muñoz said the group is exploring selling humanoids through its existing dealer and financing network — Atlas could soon act as a sales consultant at dealerships. RMAC will expand ten-fold by end of year, and Waymo robotaxi deliveries start in Q4 2026.
